SUBMISSION

• Abstract should not exceed ONE PAGE of word document and it must clearly indicate the problem, objectives, research methods, results and conclusions.
• Submission of abstracts doesn't include official registration for the conference. 
• Abstracts and full texts are evaluated and selected according to double-blind peer reviews by the scientific committee of the conference and scholars specialized in this field.
• All abstracts or full papers  must be submitted to the ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM (CLICK HERE).
• Participants can submit 2 posters or oral presentations (Presentation combinations can be 1 oral ; 1 poster ; 1 oral + 1 poster ; 2 oral; 2 poster).
• Abstracts / full papers must be submitted only  in English. 
• Presentations can be made in English or Turkish.
• Word documents as doc or docx are the acceptable file formats.
• The Word File name should be written as Name_Surname of Author (For example: Celal_Ege).

POSTER PRESENTATION

• Poster abstracts and poster presentations will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee of the congress specialized in this field.
• Accepted posters will be included in the congress proceeding.
• The poster exhibition time will be notified to presenters by the Organizing Committee. 
• All posters must be in English and the size should be 70 cm (horizontal) * 90 cm (vertical).
• Please download our congress logo (CLICK HERE) to use on your poster.
• The name of the person who will present the abstract must be underlined.
• Please send us (CLICK HERE) the poster file as pdf format until 1 September 2023 the congress time.
• First three successful posters will be awarded with the 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd prize. The awards will be presented at the closing ceremony.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

• All authors must orally present their studies in 10-minutes maximum and scientific discussion will be conducted in the next 5 minutes.
• Details on how to make your presentation (video or live presentation) will be  notified in your acceptance mail.
• First three successful oral presentations will be awarded with the 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd prize. The awards will be presented at the closing ceremony.
